Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Semarang for an HR Operations & Governance Supervisor. The role involves overseeing operational HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management initiatives. The role also includes implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals, consulting with employees, and ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their application
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage
