Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the internal technical authority overseeing vendor and internal development deliverables.
  • Review and validate system architecture, database design, APIs, deployment strategies, and overall code quality.
  • Provide technical direction, architectural decisions, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions and frameworks.
  • Lead technical review sessions, sprint evaluations, and production readiness assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, DevOps, CI/CD, performance optimization, and security.
  • Identify technical debt, scalability risks, and system vulnerabilities early in the development process.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and propose strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Establish documentation standards and ensure effective knowledge transfer from vendors to internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience working with or managing external vendors / third-party development teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong full-stack development background (backend and frontend).
  • Proficiency in modern backend frameworks such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, .NET , or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue .
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices architecture , and system integration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure ).
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .
  • Experience in system performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Ability to review code repositories and conduct technical audits.
