- Enthusiastically and diligently teaches required subject material.
- Prepares objectives and outlines for courses of study following the scope and sequence of the curriculum.
- Uses a variety of teaching methods and assessment processes in consideration of students' different learning styles and abilities.
- Establishes an effective classroom environment that is positive and orderly, attractive and hospitable.
- Provides feedback to students which enables continued improvement.
- Familiar with different methods of teaching: inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, etc.
