About the Role

We're looking for a
Project Director
with strong leadership in
social-first, content-driven campaigns
, to oversee the delivery of fast-moving projects across multiple clients and platforms. This role demands excellence in project governance, team leadership, and stakeholder management, with bonus points for a background in creative or content production. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, agile in operations, and obsessed with delivering high-quality work at speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee project delivery across social, content, and digital workstreams
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Serve as escalation point for delivery challenges, timing issues, and resource conflicts
  • Own operational success metrics: on-time delivery, quality control, and resource efficiency
  • Partner with producers and editors to ensure production feasibility and timely delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional clients
  • Drive process optimization and team workflow improvements in fast-paced environments

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in project management or operations within digital, creative, or content agencies
  • Proven track record managing
    social-led campaigns
    and fast-moving deliverables
  • Experience leading
    cross-functional teams
    across creative, content, and production
  • Excellent time, people, and resource management skills
  • Familiarity with social and content production workflows (video, static, short-form edits)
  • Comfortable using tools such as Trello, Asana, , or equivalent
  • Strong client communication skills; fluent in both
    Bahasa Indonesia and English

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a
    production house, content studio, or hybrid agency
  • Familiarity with APAC regional clients and delivery standards
  • Understanding of creator/content ecosystem and paid social requirements
