Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proficient in bookkeeping, has strong organizational skills, and can multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Generate payment vouchers.
- Update entries in QuickBooks.
- Assist in generating cash flow reports
- Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Prepare event reports, tracking reports, and other ad hoc reports as needed.
- Keep track of upcoming maturities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle emails, and other communications.
- Maintain and organize company records and documents.
- Assist in HR-related and Operations related tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English, QuickBooks and Excel (Excel formulas).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
