Job Summary

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the company's financial and accounting operations. This role involves recording and verifying financial transactions, preparing basic financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all accounting processes comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers in accordance with accounting procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support budget monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and supporting records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filing and reporting.
  • Provide necessary data and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of tax regulations.

Experience:

  • Accounting / Finance: 2 years (Preferred)
