Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration, including procurement of supplies, asset tracking, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee visa, KITAS, and work permit applications for expatriate staff, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding support, including workspace setup, equipment allocation, and administrative orientation for new hires.
  • Act as the liaison for office leasing and facility matters, including contract negotiation, renewal, and landlord communication.
  • Organize and implement company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities, such as team events, celebrations, and CSR efforts.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Head, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration, with around 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in procurement, visa handling, and asset management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and immigration regulations
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or cross-cultural environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under minimal supervision
