Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including procurement of supplies, asset tracking, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee visa, KITAS, and work permit applications for expatriate staff, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding support, including workspace setup, equipment allocation, and administrative orientation for new hires.
- Act as the liaison for office leasing and facility matters, including contract negotiation, renewal, and landlord communication.
- Organize and implement company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities, such as team events, celebrations, and CSR efforts.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Head, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration, with around 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in procurement, visa handling, and asset management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and immigration regulations
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience working in multinational companies or cross-cultural environments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under minimal supervision
