Overview

Graphic Designer is responsible for the entire creative process from concept development, graphic design, video production, to copywriting and campaign ideation. This role combines visual storytelling, content creation, and strategic communication to produce engaging, consistent, and impactful marketing materials across all company channels.

Roles

  • Graphic Design & Branding


• Design digital and print materials such as posters, brochures, banners, catalogs, presentations, and promotional items.


• Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity (brand guidelines, tone, layout, and color scheme).


• Develop visual concepts for promotional, educational, and event campaigns.

  • Video Production


• Produce and edit short videos for social media (feed, reels, YouTube, TikTok).


• Prepare storyboards, visual scripts, and video concepts.


• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, etc.).


• Manage the full production process from filming to final rendering.

  • Copywriting & Creative Content


• Write captions, taglines, headlines, and video scripts that are engaging and aligned with the brand's voice.


• Create content that is emotional, educational, and easy to understand for a general audience (especially in healthcare/service industries).


• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft creative concepts and storytelling for campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strategy & Collaboration


• Work closely with the marketing, digital, and operations teams to understand promotional needs.


• Contribute creative ideas that align with business goals and brand character.


• Manage creative project timelines to ensure output is fast, accurate, and high quality.

Requirement


• Minimum Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or related fields.


• At least 2 years of experience in design, creative content, or digital marketing.


• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva Pro.


• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style (promotional, educational, storytelling).


• Excellent aesthetic sense with awareness of current design and social media trends.


• Creative, adaptable, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
