The
Channel & Partnership
is responsible for supporting the acquisition, onboarding, and enablement of strategic partners and indirect channels to drive KTM' business expansion. This role plays a vital part in executing channel strategies, managing partner relationships, and ensuring alignment with revenue and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and initial outreach to potential partners
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and support delivery of training materials
  • Administer CRM records and partnership dashboards.
  • Act as a communication bridge between internal stakeholders and partner contacts
  • Conduct competitor analysis and best practices research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Proven ability in partnership enablement and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partnership ecosystems, particularly in the following sectors: Management Consulting, Technology companies with platform-based services, HRIS/HR Tech platforms, SaaS-based companies, or Digital Platforms.
  • Experience managing the partner lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Awareness of industry trends in talent development, digital learning, and HR technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong skills in commercial negotiation and contract management.
