Responsibilities
- Responsible for whole SAP production related activities, including data recapitulation, stock opname and production transaction
- Coordinate production admin teams to carry out entire production administration activities in productions.
- Align with Production Supervisor regarding BOM transaction and update
- Conduct PR/PO creation to support production activities
- Provide data accuracy in the entire production transaction and able to find any variance
- Regularly review procedure and SOP of data transaction and align with Production Supervisor and factory control team to check transaction compliance and accuracy
- Provide data regular comprehensive data analysis in daily Production Report using data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableu etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in production administration role preferably from manufacturing FMCG
- Strong SAP and data analytic background and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Diploma degree in any major, preferably in Administration/Finance/Accounting - Excellent in data analysis
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Able to use data analytic software like PowerBI
