Job Brief
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to our client's specifications. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, copywriters, and other developers to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP practices.
- Preferably WordPress advanced skills, Shopify expert, also AI and automation skill (ex., N8N, Openwebui, etc)
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior web developers, ui/ux designers, and SEO experts.
Requirements
- Min 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of website development.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Proven working experience in web programming.
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-oriented programming, and web application development.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
Working Hours:
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week- Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
