PT SECOM Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRDGA Manager to join our team in Karawang, West Java. In this role, you will lead and manage HR and General Affairs operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. What You'll Be Doing- Oversee full HR & GA operations, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage office administration, facility management, and general services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support management in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement and communication initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and GA management.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and English proficiency.
- Willing to be based in Karawang.
