Key Responsibilitie

Support implementation of data & AI governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain data quality, metadata, business glossary, and lineage for Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Monitor and document AI models (purpose, datasets, risk, explainability) to ensure ethical and compliant use.
Produce reports/dashboards on data quality and AI governance for management and governance councils.
Coordinate with Data Owners, Stewards, Compliance, Risk, IT, and AI/Analytics teams to resolve issues.
Contribute to awareness, training, and data literacy initiatives in Data & AI Governance.

Qualificati

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in data management, governance, or related areas in banking/financial service.
Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and regulatory requiremen
Familiarity with data management tools, metadata management, and data lineage
Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management (development, validation, monitoring, retirement.
Knowledge of AI ethics principles (fairness, transparency, accountability, explainability, bias mitigation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
