One of our clients, a Spain-based Motorcycle Accessories Company, is currently looking for a Business Development Supervisor focused on improving B2B Sales.
Responsibilities
- Implement the company sales & marketing strategy;
- Find new clients around Indonesia;
- Increase sales of existing clients;
- Survey market for competitor's data;
- Controlling retail prices;
- Making sure that the product is correctly displayed in the shops;
- Give training to distributors and their sales team;
- Attend Motorcycle events;
- Supervise marketing activities such as social media, events, influencers and others.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Sales and Marketing Department (B2B, not B2C);
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
- Passions for automotive (especially motorcycles);
- Salesmanship expertise such as, but not limited to: negotiation skills, sales planning, building relations, process management, market knowledge, communication skills;
- Marketing knowledge (a plus);
- Willingness to be placed in South Jakarta (Kemang Area);
- Willingness to travel around Indonesia (around 1-2 times a month).
