One of our clients, a Spain-based Motorcycle Accessories Company, is currently looking for a Business Development Supervisor focused on improving B2B Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the company sales & marketing strategy;
  • Find new clients around Indonesia;
  • Increase sales of existing clients;
  • Survey market for competitor's data;
  • Controlling retail prices;
  • Making sure that the product is correctly displayed in the shops;
  • Give training to distributors and their sales team;
  • Attend Motorcycle events;
  • Supervise marketing activities such as social media, events, influencers and others.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Sales and Marketing Department (B2B, not B2C);
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Passions for automotive (especially motorcycles);
  • Salesmanship expertise such as, but not limited to: negotiation skills, sales planning, building relations, process management, market knowledge, communication skills;
  • Marketing knowledge (a plus);
  • Willingness to be placed in South Jakarta (Kemang Area);
  • Willingness to travel around Indonesia (around 1-2 times a month).
