About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Estimator. You will play a key role in preparing accurate quantity take offs, marked plans, and cost estimations for plumbing construction international projects.
This position requires precision, consistency, and collaboration with QA/QC and Project Coordination teams to ensure every document meets our zero error standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate measurement and quantity take offs for plumbing projects (sewer, stormwater, and water supply systems).
- Develop marked plans, BOQ, and job cover notes in line with project scopes and client requirements.
- Review and cross check drawings, PO, and documentation to ensure alignment before submission.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and Project Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Manage revision requests (RFI) and ensure updates are recorded and tracked properly.
- Maintain organized project documentation and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating or measurement (plumbing or MEP preferred).
- Experience in consulting or construction management firm is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiar with Planswift (mandatory).
- Able to interpret plumbing and civil drawings accurately.
- Good written, particularly in reading and understanding project documentation.
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to meeting deadlines under pressure.
