Requirements :
- Have Site Engineer work experiences(project scale should be more than 2000+ sites), ZTE/Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia work experiences are preferred.
2.Have minimum 5 years of experience in wireless communication projects, preferably dual-network merging project, and willingness to travel if needed.
3.Proficient in wireless communication technologies (2G, 4G, MW) and experienced in network planning, deployment, and optimization.
4.Strong team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
5.Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with senior executives and addressing client needs. Can communicate with customer VP level and maintain the relationship with customers.
6.Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
