Requirement:

Min. Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Secretary, Public Relations, Communication

Min. 2 year of working experience as Secretary or Personal assistant

Fluent in English is a must

Having good communication, organization skill & interpersonal skill

Good knowledge in filling system, meeting arrangement and simple accounting system.

Familiar with Ms. Office Program

Job Desc :

Arranging administration and archiving activities of Directors.

Responsible for corresponding incoming and outgoing letters.

Welcoming the external's VIP and arranging proper channels for them to communicate with Directors.

Data entry (sap system) related with expenses of Directors.

Managing Administration process and archiving activities of Directors.

Managing online meeting with local/international external stakeholders.

Managing schedules and calendars of Directors; arranging and coordinating the meeting of Directors;

preparing meeting documents & MoM.

Responsible for incoming calls & routine letters corresponding with direct inquiries of Directors.
