Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and ensure the availability and performance of the company's network.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Analyze hardware needs (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
  • Ensure that the hardware used meets company standards and operates optimally.
  • Manage and optimize networks using MikroTik (routing, firewall, QoS, VPN, etc.).
  • Ensure network security against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to users regarding IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network Engineering, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
  • Expertise in MikroTik configuration and management.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, etc.).
  • Experience in hardware management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison with vendors to communicate operational needs and on-site issues.
  • Translate internal team requirements (logistics, warehouse, sales, etc.) into clear briefs for vendors.
  • Source, select, and onboard vendors according to business needs (e.g., packaging, bubble wrap, promotional materials).
  • Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines with external vendors.
  • Develop communication schedules, conduct regular visits, and prepare evaluation reports for external partners.
  • Ensure vendors and principals comply with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for vendor improvement.
  • Manage contracts, cooperation agreements, vendor legal documents, and communication records for audit and efficiency purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement, external operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, distribution, and logistics requirements.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, selecting, and managing vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to draft and interpret cooperation contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Experienced in handling vendor documents such as NPWP, SIUP, contracts, and communication archives.

Capable of preparing periodic vendor performance reports and developing improvement plans.

Negotiation: Able to negotiate pricing, quality, and timelines with vendors to achieve win-win solutions.

  • Effective Communication: Able to convey information clearly to both internal and external parties and serve as an effective bridge between teams and external partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners with an open and cooperative attitude.
