Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surabaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales analysis, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also provide support and training to the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and team management
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis
- Proficiency in sales performance reporting and CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the building materials or furniture industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
