Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
- Assist in coordinating contractors and third-party service providers when necessary.
- Support the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
