Qualification :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in Distribution company, manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • Responsible for optimizing company structure, workforce planning, and job role clarity to support business scalability and efficiency. This role ensures that organizational design aligns with strategic objectives, enhances productivity, and fosters long-term talent development.

Job Role Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Develop hiring strategies based on business needs, focusing on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
  • Focus on hiring key talent for Sales, Finance, Operation, production, engineering, automation, and leadership positions.
  • Build relationships with universities, and technical schools to source top talent.

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Analyze, design, and optimize the company's structure to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Define, refine, and standardize job roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across departments.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create structured succession plans for key roles.
  • Enhance performance evaluation frameworks and drive an organizational culture aligned with company values.
  • Develop career pathways and succession plans to ensure business continuity in critical positions.
  • Ensure organizational policies and development programs comply with labor regulations and industry best practices.
