The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our beauty products and services to life in ways that captivate our audience and align with our brand values.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
- Identify KOLS for campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to reporting
- Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging, on-brand content
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance our influencer strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders to guide future strategies
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (TikTok / Instagram)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with 1 Year contract (renewable or convertible to permanent)
- Good negotiation skills
- Has passion in the beauty industry
