Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination
- Monitor daily order queue and ensure timely handoff to warehouse/3PL partners.
- Validate completeness of orders before dispatch (address, product type, documentation).
- Delivery Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including delayed shipments, failed deliveries, or lost devices.
- Collaborate with Merchant Happiness (MH) to handle merchant inquiries and provide accurate AWB updates.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with internal or third-party warehouses to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Perform reconciliation between system stock and physical stock.
- Monitor stock movements and initiate restocking when necessary.
- 3PL & Partner Management
- Coordinate daily pickups, returns, and service requests with 3PL vendors.
- Monitor SLA performance of delivery partners and escalate when performance drops.
- Returns & Replacement Logistics
- Manage the reverse logistics process for returned or defective devices.
- Track replacement timelines and ensure SLA compliance.
- Reporting & Process Optimization
- Maintain real-time tracking dashboard of shipments and inventory movement.
- Analyze delivery performance and suggest improvements to reduce cost and TAT.
- Assist in the automation or digitization of logistics workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in logistics or operations, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or hardware distribution.
- Understanding of 3PL operations, last-mile delivery, and inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data accuracy.
- Proficient in tools such as Excel/Sheets, internal dashboards, and warehouse systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
