Job Description

  • Drive sustainable business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through optimized resources and business practices.
  • Oversee company performance across financial, market, and operational perspectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand and address their business needs.
  • Prepare sales pipeline forecasts and annual budgets for operations and sales activities.
  • Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the Sales Team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, with knowledge of logistics/supply chain as a plus.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Financial acumen for non-finance professionals.
