- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Assist supervisors in handling all departmental tasks;
- Assist supervisors in coordinating cooperation between different departments;
- Eligible to be promoted to Department Leader after passing the performance review in the first year.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), or possess study experience in China, Europe, or the United States.
- Background in e-commerce or digital business is highly preferred.
- Graduated within the last three years, holding a bachelor's degree or above, with fluency in English.
- Strong career ambition, high stress tolerance, and alignment with the company's development and values.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a broad perspective and strong business acumen.
