Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, greet guests, answer phone calls, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest check‑in and check‑out processes.
  • Coordinating reservations and room assignments.
  • Answering and directing phone inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate front desk logs.
  • Providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handling billing and payment transactions.
  • Ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment.

Required schedule (example):

  • Monday: Morning, Noon
  • Tuesday: Morning, Noon
  • Wednesday: Morning, Noon
  • Thursday: Morning, Noon
  • Friday: Morning, Noon
  • Saturday: Morning, Noon
  • Sunday: Morning, Noon
Requirements
  • Previously held a similar front‑office position.
  • Proven leadership ability and confidence.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Results‑driven and service‑oriented with attention to detail.
  • Willing to be placed in Tjendana Kanaka Ubud Resort.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
  • Experience in villa/hotel front office a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English (both spoken & written).
  • Pleasant personality, neat appearance, and customer‑oriented.
  • Able to operate computer & reservation systems.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali area.
Salary

Salary range: IDR 30,000,000 – 60,000,000 per month (subject to negotiation).

Tjendana Kanaka Ubud Resort, Bali.
