Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse-Logistic activities within an organization.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand while avoiding overstock situations
- Planning and optimizing warehouse layout, Logistic Operation, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, and implementing best practices for warehouse operations
- Coordinating the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Managing transportation activities, including selecting carriers, scheduling shipments, and coordinating the movement of goods to meet delivery deadlines
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that incoming and outgoing products meet specified standards and requirements
- Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function as well
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, which should include leadership roles & experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination
- Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities
- Strong people management skills
- Open to be based in Cikarang
