Our client, a water pump manufacturer, is currently looking for a Foundry Manager, highly experienced in metal casting and familiar with the pump industry.
Responsibilities- Production Target: Monitor and improve FC and BC tonnage targets according to PPIC schedules to achieve the company's production goals.
- Reject Control: Ensure product and material quality meet company standards to maintain reject rates below the maximum allowable level.
- Productivity: Monitor and enhance production productivity to meet the targeted output and improve overall efficiency.
- Production Cost: Control and monitor material testing and production costs according to departmental budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
- Human Resource: Evaluate and monitor team performance in line with company standards and SOPs and improve employee discipline and attendance to support smooth production operations.
- Work Environment: Implement 5S and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) programs in accordance with regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Metallurgy.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in foundry field is a MUST.
- Experienced in the pump industry is prioritized.
- Deep understanding of metal production and metal castings.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimise recruitment performance.
