We are seeking Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Functional Consultants to deliver project implementation.

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in multiple modules in the HCM solution
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and offer expert guidance on maximizing the use of their HCM solution.
Balance time and energy effectively in order to deliver service to concurrent clients.
Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
Configure the HCM solution to meet clients requirements.
Conduct system and quality assurance testing.
Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, and provide training and support on the effective use of the HCM solution
Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on-time and within the scope.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field
Have maximum 3 years of experience in customer-facing, HR system end-to-end implementation (can be Oracle / SAP / Sunfish / any local HCM products)
Hands-on configuration experience in HCM modules
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows
Able to communicate in English
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
