Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll through system integration and automation.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors for resolution.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules or features.
- Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
