Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll through system integration and automation.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management teams.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors for resolution.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules or features.
  • Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
