Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales – Freight Forwarding position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include managing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and staying updated on market trends to provide innovative logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Proficiency in market analysis and trend identification
- Fluency in English or Mandarin is preferred
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus
