Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the footwear products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market demand.
  • Manage and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and distributors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
