Job Summary – Sales Admin

The Sales Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes preparing sales documents, processing orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in sales reporting. The Sales Admin helps improve efficiency by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between the sales team and clients.

Requirements – Sales Admin
  • Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong initiative and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
