Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations across courts, academy, café, and social areas.

· Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and well-presented at all times.

· Be a visible on-site presence, welcoming and engaging with members and guests.

· Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

· Drive court and academy occupancy through excellent service, proactive communication, and community engagement.

· Support and coordinate tournaments, corporate events, and social activities.

· Collaborate with coaches to promote academy programs and player development.

· Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and sports communities in Jakarta.

· Lead by example, upholding Jungle Padel's culture, values, and community spirit.

· Work with Jungle Padel's central teams (marketing, finance, PR, and operations) to ensure consistent standards and growth.

Skills

· Previous experience in sports, hospitality, or lifestyle clubs.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Approachable, energetic, and customer-focused.

· Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

· Passion for padel, tennis, or sports is highly desirable.

· Strong local knowledge of Jakarta's lifestyle and sports organization and community.
