Job Description
As Transport Management System lead-in configuration, testing, develop features enhancement, project implementation & handover to Business Owner/Ops/End-User. Develop and maintain the project plan, report status for the project to RHO Lead. Business Requirement validation & deliver consultancy to Configurators & Systems Supervisor.
- Oversee and monitor onboarding of all systems for existing and new-win projects (end-to-end).
- Lead configuration, testing, implementation, and handover of Transport Management System to Business Owners, Operations, and End-Users.
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of quality programs, tools, and methodologies.
- Conduct routine analysis including data review, systems evaluation, product assessment, and quality technology checks.
- Optimize and implement processes with limited control over resources (team, budget).
- Recommend improvements to existing standards, methods, and procedures.
- Create and maintain all Land Transport SOPs and QHSSE supporting documents.
- Lead and manage all internal and external audits for the Land Transport team.
Job Requirements
- University / Postgraduate (master's degree): Bachelor
- Approx. years of experience: 3 years of experience
- Good in English
- Willing to work under tight deadlines
- Having good initiatives and goal-getter persons.
