Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards (70%)
- Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive payout processes.
- Oversee health, retirement, wellness, and insurance programs; negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and coverage.
- Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and business strategy.
- Monitor effectiveness of rewards programs using data-driven KPIs, recommending improvements.
- Design recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
- Lead clear and consistent communication of rewards programs company-wide.
Payroll & HRIS (20%)
- Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll management and ensure integration with HRIS.
- Support HRIS improvements in automation, reporting, and data integrity across payroll and rewards processes.
- Provide payroll analytics and insights for HR and management decision-making.
Performance Management (10%)
- Guide performance management framework to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
- Support calibration sessions and link performance results to rewards decisions (salary increases, bonus eligibility).
- Drive continuous improvement of the performance management cycle to align with business and employee growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience
with a strong focus on
compensation, benefits, and payroll, with expertise in HRIS.
- Proven ability to design and manage
total rewards programs.
- Experience negotiating with vendors for
insurance and benefits programs.
- Strong verbal communication skills, and professional
English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and policy advocacy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working with HR systems.
