JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor the counseling of the Overseas Student Recruitment.
Set up a sales plan in order to achieve the sales target required by the company.
Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Supervise the daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build up good relationships with students, parents, government, school, university, and abroad school partners
Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve the overall service Level.
Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to the CEO, and propose a solution where possible.
Handle the English Course division for Headquarters for achieving all target Elicos
JOB REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
Graduate or Postgraduate.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales or Consultant in the Education field
Good communicator, strong sales skills with a proven track record.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Fluent in English
Target-oriented, good Leadership skills, and a problem solver
Finding new potential clients of the University, leading research and sourcing, and networking to drive sales.
Maintain and build a good rapport with existing Universities and update the latest program provided.
Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
Ensuring all Sales Marketing programs, both online and offline, are running well
Responsible for running branding and marketing strategy and program, both online and offline, which are running well.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, open to taking on new responsibilities, and adjusting plans to meet changing needs
Self-starter personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
Involved in the company's activities, such as the company's exhibition or school expo.
