Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and professional Presales Technical Support Engineer to support our sales and project teams in delivering high-quality network and low-voltage solutions to business and government clients in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have experience in network product integration, low-voltage system design, solution presentation, product selection, and testing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support during the presales phase for network and low-voltage projects (CCTV, WiFi, access control, structured cabling, etc.).
  • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions for enterprise and government projects.
  • Prepare detailed solution proposals, system diagrams, BOQs, and technical presentations.
  • Select appropriate products and configurations based on project requirements and budget.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and pilot installations.
  • Provide technical clarifications during bidding/tender processes.
  • Support project handover to post-sales and implementation teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in enterprise/Government network infrastructure and surveillance technology.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or technical support in the IT/networking/low-voltage industry.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies (switching, routing, WiFi, PoE, IP surveillance, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design low-voltage system solutions and network architecture.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting customer presentations.
  • Skilled in product selection and performance comparison based on specifications and cost-effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with testing and evaluating network hardware and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is required.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site surveys, or project discussions.

Preferred:
  • Experience with government tenders and documentation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with brands such as H3C, Huawei, TP-Link, Cisco, or similar.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio, or design tools for system drawings is a plus.
  • Professional certifications (CCNA, HCIA, or similar) are advantageous.
