Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and professional Presales Technical Support Engineer to support our sales and project teams in delivering high-quality network and low-voltage solutions to business and government clients in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have experience in network product integration, low-voltage system design, solution presentation, product selection, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support during the presales phase for network and low-voltage projects (CCTV, WiFi, access control, structured cabling, etc.).
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions for enterprise and government projects.
- Prepare detailed solution proposals, system diagrams, BOQs, and technical presentations.
- Select appropriate products and configurations based on project requirements and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and pilot installations.
- Provide technical clarifications during bidding/tender processes.
- Support project handover to post-sales and implementation teams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in enterprise/Government network infrastructure and surveillance technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or technical support in the IT/networking/low-voltage industry.
- Solid understanding of networking technologies (switching, routing, WiFi, PoE, IP surveillance, etc.).
- Proven ability to design low-voltage system solutions and network architecture.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting customer presentations.
- Skilled in product selection and performance comparison based on specifications and cost-effectiveness.
- Familiarity with testing and evaluating network hardware and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is required.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, site surveys, or project discussions.
Preferred:
- Experience with government tenders and documentation processes.
- Hands-on experience with brands such as H3C, Huawei, TP-Link, Cisco, or similar.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio, or design tools for system drawings is a plus.
- Professional certifications (CCNA, HCIA, or similar) are advantageous.
