Job Description:

  • Analyze and estimate unit prices for civil, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), architectural, and interior works.
  • Prepare project optimization plans (scope, volume, timeline, and methods).
  • Monitor and control planning and execution of civil, MEP, and interior projects to ensure compliance with design and budget.
  • Manage tender processes from pre-bid/aanwijzing to negotiation, including vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Act as document controller within internal procurement, ensuring all procurement records are accurate and updated.
  • Collaborate with project teams (engineers, architects, and project managers) to align procurement activities with project requirements.
  • Provide recommendations for cost efficiency and procurement strategies without compromising quality.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement for civil, MEP, and/or architectural works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and interior materials, including cost estimation methods.
  • Skilled in tender management, vendor negotiation, and documentation control.
  • Proficient in procurement/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under project deadlines.
