What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Ensure that all payment transactions at the checkout counter are processed efficiently, accurately, and securely in accordance with company policies and delegated authority.
  • Verify that the total amount collected at the end of each shift is accurate and balanced.
  • Provide appropriate solutions to customers' inquiries and frequently asked questions to enhance the overall shopping experience. Handle payments and customer feedback in a professional, accurate, and service-minded manner.
  • Maintain all checkout and cash office equipment in good working condition, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

We want you to be a person who:

  • Has proven experience in customer service, preferably in a cashier or checkout function within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Possesses strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage conflict or challenging situations effectively.
  • Demonstrates a friendly, helpful, and professional approach toward customers, aiming to achieve mutual satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in daily transactions.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces change with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work in a store and in a mixture of days - shifting and placed in East Jakarta.
