Main Objective,

To ensure documentation accuracy and consistency quality projects output, implement QA/QC systems that prevent rework or cost impact, and strengthen internal team quality culture.

Key Responsibilities,

1. QA/QC System Development

  • Develop, maintain, and update QA/QC SOPs and frameworks for all ongoing projects.
  • Design and manage QA/QC checklists, logs, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure that all SOP updates are clearly communicated and implemented across relevant teams.

2. Document & Drawing Quality Control

  • Review and validate all documents (PO, BOQ, Marked Plans, Cover Notes, Measurement Checklists) before final submission to the Project Coordinator.
  • Ensure consistency between scope, drawings, and PO prior to client submission.
  • Conduct random internal audits to verify documentation accuracy and prevent errors.

3. Error Analysis & Corrective Action

  • Review QA/QC error reports and perform root cause analysis for each identified issue.
  • Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).
  • Prepare monthly QA/QC performance reports highlighting trends, improvement areas, and error reduction metrics.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Maintain a clear communication line with Project Coordinator as the main point of contact for client-related QA/QC matters.
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure full QA compliance within internal workflows.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Do act (Continuous Improvement) in QA/QC documentation and review processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to strengthen quality control and team accuracy.

Qualification,

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or MEP-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or consultancy industry
  • Able to read and understanding English technical for drawing documents, and communicate through written correspondence (report, others documentation)
  • Strong understanding of plumbing & MEP systems
  • Knowledge of QA/QC documentation flow, version control, and corrective tracking
  • Familiar with document management tools (Simpro, ClickUp, Google Drive) and Planswift
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, process discipline, documentation accuracy, teamwork
  • Candidates located near Surabaya and able to join ASAP are preferred
