Job Description
- Regional Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national goals, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to drive growth.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales KPIs, guide sales teams toward targets, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
- Distributor & Channel Management: Build and manage strong distributor, dealer, and retail relationships to ensure effective sell-in, sell-out, and in-store execution.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead and mentor regional sales teams to strengthen performance, collaboration, and market execution quality.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, analyze regional performance, and report actionable insights to management.
- Market Expansion & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, support product launches, and expand regional market coverage and brand presence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within retail, distribution, or consumer electronics industries.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing multi-channel or regional teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in CRM or ERP-based sales systems is a plus.
