Content Creation & Management – Create engaging content for websites, social media, and digital ads aligned with brand strategy.

Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube) to build engagement and awareness.

Digital Advertising – Assist in managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize based on performance metrics.

Email & CRM Marketing – Manage newsletters, customer segmentation, and automation via tools provided.

Performance Analysis – Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS)

E-Commerce & Marketplace

Marketplace Operations – Manage and optimize product listings, content, and campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop).

Promotion & Campaign Management – Plan and execute marketplace promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with platform marketing teams.

Sales & Conversion Optimization – Track performance of online sales, monitor traffic, improve conversion rates, and implement SEO/SEM strategies for e-commerce.

Inventory & Coordination – Work with the operations team to ensure stock accuracy, timely product updates, and smooth online order fulfillment.

Shopify & Website Management – Maintain Shopify

Tools Used:

Shopify, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Tokopedia & Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller, Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

MUST HAVE 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee & Tokopedia).

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing, CRM systems).

Having knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.

Ability to analyze data and report

Creative thinking with basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent).
