Responsibilities (What they do)
- Plan and manage the whole supply chain (procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution).
- Work with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure good quality, cost, and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, finance, operations, production).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Improve processes using technology and best practices.
Requirements (What they need)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
- 7–10 years' experience in supply chain/logistics, with 3+ years in management, preferred from Data Center Industry
- Knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure.
- Certifications like APICS, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
