About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Procurement Specialist (MEP – Data Center)
to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for large-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring over
6 years of proven procurement experience,
strong negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of vendor management within the construction and technology infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for MEP packages in data center projects.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to align procurement with project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and innovations in MEP procurement.
Qualifications
- Minimum
6 years of procurement experience
, with a focus on
MEP works in data center or large infrastructure projects
. - Strong knowledge of
contract management, sourcing strategies, and supplier relations
. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin & Korea proficiency is a strong advantage for supplier engagement and cross-border collaboration.
