Responsibilities:

Conduct research related to network solution needs and implement the solutions.
Perform installation and configuration of networks and network devices.
Carry out maintenance of networks and network devices.
Troubleshoot network issues, perform analysis, and implement improvements to prevent recurring problems.
Monitor the network and ensure it is functioning properly.
Document installations, configurations, research, and issues.
Review and enhance network security aspects.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in computer networking (fresh graduates with relevant certifications are welcome to apply).
Proficient in networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, or similar).
Understanding of network protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS).
Knowledge of network security (firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS).
Ability to use network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios).
Certifications such as CCNA (Mikrotik, Juniper, Cisco, firewall).
Experience in a Network Operation Center (NOC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive in project management, able to work both in a team and independently, and adaptable to new technologies.
