Job Title: HRD Staff

Location: Bekasi Regency, West Java

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Supervise and approve payroll and HR administrative activities handled by the HR Admin
  • Maintain and update employee contracts, data, and documentation
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with labor regulations
  • Handle employee relations and assist in resolving HR-related issues
  • Liaise with government institutions, legal advisors, and notaries for HR and compliance matters
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and supporting documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment or HR operations
  • Familiar with HR administrative processes, including onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR filing systems
  • Able to communicate, read, and write in English (passive)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong multitasking abilities
