Responsibilities
- Input, update, and verify data into system/database.
- Review and validate documents or data received.
- Organize and archive both physical and digital documents systematically.
- Provide administrative support to the operations/administration team.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in administration or data entry (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate in data entry.
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
- Willing to work overtime if required.
