Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and verify data into system/database.
  • Review and validate documents or data received.
  • Organize and archive both physical and digital documents systematically.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations/administration team.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in administration or data entry (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fast and accurate in data entry.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
  • Willing to work overtime if required.
