We are looking for an experienced Project Marketing professional to join our Team at PT. INTEGRITAS PERKASA KONSTRUKSI located in West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. In this position, you will be responsible for determining target markets, developing effective marketing campaigns, and supporting the growth and success of the company's projects.
What you will do:Create marketing strategies based on project objectives.
Determine target markets, promotion channels, and budget needed.
Arrange schedules for promotional activities, events, digital campaigns, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other third parties.
Prepare RAB and oversee the efficient use of project funds.
Ensure projects run without waste and according to plan.
Supervise project implementation periodically.
Prepare final project reports for evaluation and management archives.
Propose new approaches or digital strategies for promotional effectiveness.
What we are looking for:Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in marketing, especially in managing marketing projects.
Understand marketing strategies and budget planning (RAB) well.
Able to manage promotional activity schedules, events, and digital campaigns effectively.
Skilled in coordinating and communicating with various parties, both internal and external (vendors, third parties).
Have analytical skills to carry out periodic project monitoring and evaluation.
Creative in proposing new approaches, especially digital strategies to increase promotional effectiveness.
Able to work independently or in a team with tight deadlines.
Have good administrative and reporting skills to support project documentation.
Mastering digital marketing tools and project planning applications is an added value.
