Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar PV projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word), Helioscope, PV Sys, and AutoCAD.
- Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and proactive in exploring opportunities.
- Willing to travel out of town.
- Experience with digital tools or marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and understand client requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals including design, sizing, and cost estimation.
- Follow up on offers and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
- Conduct site surveys as needed.
- Manage retail/residential sales through Tokopedia Seller.
- Support sales administration and permitting document control.
